The program seeks to permanently freeze the book gap between African tertiary institutions and their colleagues in other parts of the world 



In successive five-year bridging periods, Spread Corporation will adopt a targetted number of universities and colleges in sub-Saharan Africa to bring up to date with respect to the most important published books, journals and study materials required for effective learning.
